Memphis

Memphis is an Italian design and architecture movement created in 1980 in Milan. This name is also referred to as a group of architects and designers who were part of a certain state of mind. Unlike other previous design trends, Memphis does not obey a manifesto; it is above all a desire to make furniture with great freedom in reaction to the bourgeois style of the time.
