Classic bookcase from the 70s. Beautiful straight line designed by Johannes Sorth - Scandinavian design. Form veneered with ash. Adjustable shelves. Bookcase in good condition (small scratches and dings are visible, filled veneer loss, circle mark on the shelves). About the designer
Johannes SORTH
Johannes Sorth was a renowned Danish designer who was born in 1937 and died in 2017. He is best known for his work in industrial design, particularly for his elegant modern furniture designs. Sorth studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen, graduating in 1963.
