Side table Manufactured by Rudolf Vichr in Prague in the 1930s. Frame made of chromed tubular steel with lacquered wooden panels. Has been completely cleaned. Steel tube preserves an age-related patina. Labeled by maker.

About the designer
Rudolf VICHR
Rudolf Vichr (1912-2001) was a Czech industrial designer known for his functional and elegant furniture creations. Born in Prague, he studied at the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague, where he was influenced by the Bauhaus movement and modernist designs.
