About this vintage design furniture
Folding table made by Danish designers Peter Hvidt & Orla Molgaard for France & Daverkosen 1959. It is composed of a teak tray which folds and unfolds to the sandstone of your envy. It sculpted legs also bend. This table is undoubtedly one of the major works of the modernist Danish movement of the twentieth century. In folded panels 42 cm

About the designer
Peter HVIDT & Orla MOLGAARD NIELSEN
Hvidt & Mølgaard Nielsen is a mid-20th-century Danish design duo consisting of Peter Hvidt and Orla Mølgaard Nielsen. Peter Hvidt was born in Copenhagen in 1916 and studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts before working as a designer for various companies. Orla Mølgaard Nielsen was born in Copenhagen in 1907 and also studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, before working as an architect and designer.
