Large ’Gigant’ Nils Jonsson sideboard for Troeds Bjärnum of Sweden. Very modernist minimal look with superb attention to details featuring sleek recessed handles at the bottom of the drawers and cabinets. Great storage capacity including a bank of four drawers flanked by two generous cabinets with sliding doors and adjustableremovable shelves. The makers mark is stamped on the inside.

About the designer
Nils JONSSON
Nils Jonsson was a Swedish designer who was born in 1927 and died in 2017. He began his career working for a Swedish furniture manufacturer in the 1950s, where he designed solid wood furniture with clean, modern lines. He then founded his own company, Nils Jonsson Möbelfabrik, in 1958, which became famous for its high-end teak furniture.
