About this vintage design furniture
A 'Moana' table lamp, designed around 1968 by Luigi Massoni for D.H. Guzzini (now iGuzzini), Italy. The lamp features a tulip-shaped base in chromed steel and a shade in methacrylate. The shade contains a perforated diffuser in chromed steel.the lamp remains in good original vintage condition with a few traces of wear such as scratches.

About the designer
Luigi MASSONI
Luigi Massoni was an Italian designer born in Milan in 1930 and died in 1991. After studying architecture at the Milan Polytechnic, he began his career as an industrial designer in the 1950s. He worked for many prestigious Italian brands, including Guzzini, Alessi, Poltrona Frau and Boffi.
