Pair of vintage table lamps by Maria Philippi for Soholm

Pair of tall blue Mid-Century Modern table lamps by Maria Philippi for Soholm Beautiful Mid-Century Modern handmade stoneware table lamps by German designer Maria Philippi (1927-2004) and manufactured by Danish company Søholm Stentøj on the island of Bornholm in the 1960s. The lamps' bases are decorated with handmade graphic patterns and and have been glazed with deep blue shiny glazes. The tones of blue differ slightly from lamp to lamp. The lamp's design has the Model number 3047 and is stamped and signed by designer under the base. The lamps have been rewired and are in excellent condition. The lamps have plugs for European sockets, in case of use elsewhere, these could either be used with adapters or a local electrician can quickly and easily rewire the lamps for local use.
