About this vintage design furniture
A good looking simple desk, in oak, with reverse shelf for displaying books or curios.
Denmark, c1960s.
Attributed to Henning Kjaernulf.
Good vintage condition. Some scuffs and patina commensurate with age.
NOTE: there is one missing handle, so we will suggest replacement handles with the buyer so they are happy with alternatives.

About the designer
Henning KJAERNULF
Henning Kjaernulf (1929-2009) was a Danish designer who left his mark on the 1950s-1970s with his functional, elegant furniture. He studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen, where he was trained in carpentry and design.
