Danish Modern Floating Console by Kai Kristiansen for Aksel Kjersgaard, 1960s. Elegant and stylish wall mounted shelf with one drawer in beautiful rich and expressive Rosewood veneer. Designed by Danish architect Kai Kristiansen and manufactured by Aksel Kjersgaard, Denmark, in the 1960s. Stamped on the back: No 127, Aksel Kjersgaard, Odder, Made in Denmark. This is a part of a series designed for the hallway by Kai Kristiansen in collaboration with Danish cabinetmaker Aksel Kjersgaard. Very good original condition with minimal signs of use. Drawer runs smoothly. Cleaned and polished, ready for use. Reference : 279095
