About this vintage design furniture

A rare model of a rectangular table with two mechanically opened extensions, made of teak wood by the British McIntosh manufactory in the 1960s. The table has undergone a thorough renovation, cleaned of the old coating, finished with teak oil . The table is signed. Additional dimensions: table when extended: 164 cm - 202 cm - 238 cm two veneer damage visible in the last photos. Reference : 278967

Tom Robertson is an Australian designer based in Sydney, born in 1978. He is known for his minimalist approach and clean aesthetic. Robertson studied industrial design at the University of Technology, Sydney, graduating in 2002.
