About this vintage design furniture

This Italian ceramic wall hanging by Alessio Tasca is an example of his earlier work, his first incursion into a modern style and the beginning of his success. His sgraffito plates (awarded a prize at the Angelicum in Milan in 1950) were presented at the Triennale in Milan in 1951. In very good condition, no chips, cracks or repairs. Some lighter and rough spots on the backside.
