Vintage Swedish desk lamp in teak and brass-plated metal

A mid-century Swedish lamp made from teak and brass metal. The lamp was bought at an auction in Halmstad, Sweden in the summer of 2021. With its simple round teak stem perched on a metal stand, it’s an absolute classic Swedish mid-century design. The lamp was in good condition but the shade was missing. We chose a simple white shade to enhance the lamp’s elegant, classic design. The lamp had to be rewired and the wood was oil-treated. The lamp was rewired by our electrician partner in Södermalm, Stockholm in the fall of 2022 Reference : 271719
