About this vintage design furniture

Beautiful vintage bowl in a shape of a basket. Produced in moulded art glass in shades of transparent clear, purple and blue glass. Designed by Frantisek Zemek for Mstisov Glass Factory in 1960s as a part of his Water collection. The glass making art has a long standing tradition in Czech republic. In 1960s, in Czechoslovakia, Zemek was considered one of the top glass artists and created amazing pieces. This bowl is definitely one of his stunning designs. Excellent condition. Beautiful item.
