About this vintage design furniture
This coffee table or bedside lamp was designed in brass and enameled metal. By it's movable perforated shade the light shines through magically. This rare lamp is Similar with the small bedside lamps by Gino Sarfatti for Arteluce. It resembles a grasshopper, cricket or a para flying man. Some signs of age and use, but overall in a very good condition.

Ernst IGL
Ernst Igl (1904-1997) was a German industrial designer known for his contributions to car and motorcycle design. He began his career as an apprentice in his father's machine-building workshop, before going on to study industrial design at the Munich School of Arts and Crafts.
