About this vintage design furniture

Resting bench with a storage box designed by Charlotte Perriand in the late 1950s: grey lacquered metal legs, ash wood slats and box covered with black laminate. Provenance: Housing of the executives of the mining city of Cansado, Mauritania.Cansado is a mining city built in the 1960s by the Company of Iron Mines of Mauritania "MIFERMA" to house its staff. Part of the furniture was designed by Charlotte Perriand between 1959 and 1967.edition: Steph Simon, Circa 1959 - 1967. Reference : 269837
