About this vintage design furniture
This elegant pair of lamps is sure to add an element of French modernism to any room. These lamps were made in the late 1960s. With a cylindrical brushed steel base and height adjustable brass stem, these tables are a perfect example of French modernism from the 1950s and 60s. They have been fully restored, repolished and are in superb condition. The two shades are made of off-white cotton. They appear on the cover of Claude Fregnac's book, Décoration : Tradition et Renouveau, published by Connaissance des Arts in 1973.
