About this vintage design furniture
Beautiful red Mid Century Carimate lounge armchair by Vico Magistretti for Cassina.
Great design of the 1960s. Made in Italy.
The frame is made of red lacquered beech wood.
The removable seat and backrest are made of wicker. Still the originals from 1960.
Vico Magistretti designed the Carimate Lounge Chair in 1960 as part of the golf club interior in the northern Italian municipality of Carimate in Lombardy.
Very good vintage condition with a nice patina. Of course, there are slight signs of wear.
You can see everything well in the photos.
100% original condition. With original paint.
The red color has worn off and faded a bit on the legs.
The rush weave is firm and undamaged. Everything solid and not wobbly.
Suitable for all living areas and very decorative.
Because of the size only shipping to Germany and the EU.
