About this vintage design furniture
Vintage Danish Modern Brutalist Oak Sideboard, 1960s.
Long and low Scandinavian modern sideboard in solid oak. Brutalist design attributed to Henning Kjærnulf for EG Møbler, Denmark.
Very sculptural design with carved square baroque pattern on the four hinged doors. Loads of storage space in the cabinets behind the doors. Height adjustable shelves and two drawers. Brass fittings with two original keys.
High quality craftsmanship, very well built.
Very good vintage condition. Light patina consistent with age and use. No defects. Ready for use.

About the designer
Henning KJAERNULF
Henning Kjaernulf (1929-2009) was a Danish designer who left his mark on the 1950s-1970s with his functional, elegant furniture. He studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen, where he was trained in carpentry and design.
