Vintage lounge chair with aluminum ottoman by Eames for Vitra, 1960s

Vitra EA121 with ottoman EA125. Special edition, 2008 for Vitra's 50th anniversary. Re-edition of the version without armrests still in production in the 60's. Here the lightness of the lines comes into its own and underlines the elegant design. In this model, the back of the chair and the underside of the ottoman are also completely made of leather. Frame and base polished alu, feet and rocker, unusual, kept in white. It is still in good used condition. Certainly some of the usual signs of wear, such as some rubbed corners. Otherwise sometimes a scratch or other minor quirk. But nothing great. Overall still a very nice vintage look, which suits this classic well.
