Set of 6 Toledo chairs with armrests designed by Jorge Pensi for Amat-3, Spain in 1988. Jorge Pensi is a leading designer in Spain specialized in furniture and lighting design. He is one of the masters in the use of cast aluminium. Many of his designs are now design classics. He has been awarded numerous prizes. These chairs are made of cast aluminium and have a very nice refined flowing design. The design of these chairs was later taken over by Knoll International. These chairs are stackable and also suitable for outdoor use. Because they are made of cast aluminium, they are very light. Dimensions: h x w x d = 77 x 56 x 55 cm and the seat height is 46 cm. The condition is still good, normal signs of use, patina and scratches. The construction is still very good. Marked: Toledo, design Jorge Pensi for Amat, made in Spain.
