In very good condition for its age, as some of the elements are still in their plastic protector.Pierre Cardin (Pietro Constante Cardin) was actually born in Italy, although he moved to Paris at a very young age. There he studied architecture and worked with several great designers until he became head of Christian Dior's atelier in 1947. In 1950, he founded his own label, thus launching himself into haute couture. Known for his avant-garde and futuristic style, he pioneered exports to Japan in the early 1960s. His brand or house was one of the first to cover other markets, beyond fashion, perfumery and accessories. So that he also devoted himself to the design of pens, lamps... all kinds of objects.Dimensions: 30.5×18×3.5 cm Reference : 263705
