About this vintage design furniture
Ceramiche Rometti was founded 1927 in Umbertide, Italy from an idea of expert ceramist Settimio Rometti and his two grandchildren, Aspromonte Rometti and Dante Baldelli. Rometti would reinvent craftsmanship and industrial production; a new way of interpreting the potential of ceramics. This espresso / coffee set dates back to the late 1940s, when the company worked under the name Pucci Umbertide Ceramics. All of the pieces have a great Mid Century modern black and white pattern. The set is in a good condition with signs of wear and age. Signed Rometti Umbertide on the bottom.
