About this vintage design furniture

A small, handmade vase designed by Jozef Hospodka for Chribsk Sklarna in the mid-1960s. Hand-formed crystal glass, dyed pink in the mass. A vase with an interesting shape, a classic of Czechoslovak organic design. Vase inspired by the shape of a jellyfish. Item in very good original condition, slight traces of use. About the designer

Josef HOSPODKA

Josef Michal Hospodka was a Czech designer who was born in 1923 and died in 1989. He studied at the School of Applied Arts in Prague, where he began working as a teacher after graduating.
