The delivery options available are displayed during your shopping journey on our site and may vary from item to item, depending on its size, weight, etc. Here are the different options:

Building's Doorstep:
The delivery person will unload the items from the vehicle and place them on the pavement in front of your home. You will be responsible for them from this point onwards. For heavy or bulky items, arrange for a relative to help or choose the "in-Home" delivery option when available.

In-Home:
The delivery person will unload the items from the vehicle and drop them off inside your home, upstairs if you wish. For heavy or bulky items, a second delivery person will be present if required.

Pick up from the merchant:
If you wish, you can pick up the items from the merchant yourself and save on delivery costs! The distance between the merchant and the delivery address is indicated on each product. Once you have paid for your order, we will provide you with the merchant's address. Please note that if you choose this option, you will no longer have the 14 day delay to withdraw your purchase.

Delivery by the merchant:
When this option is available, the merchant will deliver the items to your address himself, at the curb. You will be responsible for them from that point onwards. For heavy or bulky items, arrange for a relative to help or choose the option of delivery to your home when available.

About this vintage design furniture

A rare pendant light by Werner Schou made from copper sheet loops altered with pieces covered with matte black lacquer. A truly stunning light effect from every side. The light has a white lacquered inside for a neutral light projection downwards over a table or object. Good condition with some minor marks and scratches. One small dent as seen in the last image. Standard E27 light bulb socket. Coronell Elektro A/S started in Hellerup, Denmark 1964, the owner and designer of the very sculptural lamps was Werner August Hugo Schou, the company closed in 1991. The materials for the lamps were a mixture of copper, aluminium, iron, wood and brass, designed in staggered strips with built-in glass/plastic stones in a prism design. It produced a sculptural lighting effect that was very characteristic of Werner Schou's lamps. Werner and his wife were regularly in the late 60s in Hamburg to sell lamps and had good success with it in Germany as well. In the 70s, lamps were produced in an extension to their house in Hellerup. There were the machines and 3-4 ladies who assembled the lamps. They put slats together, inserted prisms etc. In the 80s things went downhill for the Coronell lamps, in line with fashion and Werner Schous's age, he died in 1995. The lamps are what you would today describe as the cult lamp series abroad, which sell well and hold their value well. Reference : 262807
