About this vintage design furniture
Mid century modern "Relaxing Cat" porcelain figurine designed by M.Naruszewicz in 1958 for Cmielow (Poland, 1950s/1960s). M.Naruszewicz was one of the main designers of Cmielow, Poland's leading porcelain works. This piece is one of the most recognizable porcelain figurines by Cmielow. It impresses with its slender and gentle line. Hand painted, high quality craftsmanship. Fully marked on the base. Original figurine from the 1950s/60s (most of figurines offered on the market are contemporary). Width: 30.5 cm; height: 13 cm; depth: 17 cm. Very good vintage condition.
