Scandinavian mid century red aluminium pendant lamp, 1960s

This is a classic Scandinavian hanging lamp in a form of the dish, popular in homes all over North in the 1960s-70s. Typically these could be found over the dining table.  We decided not to re-paint it and instead enjoy the original colors and the signs of previous history it has. Made of aluminium, painted red on the outside and white on the inside, it also had a pull down mechanism. Comes with an original brass and porcelain bulb holder for one E27 light bulb, which you can purchase in our shop. We recommed to use white or neutral light low heat bulbs.  Diameter: 40cm /~16´´ Height of the red part: 25cm/ ~104´´ Total heighth is 60-110cm  /23-43´´ Has to be hardwired. Excellent structural condition. The paint represents sfiffing and scratching on the edge, one place on the inside of the dish has a small spot with cracking in the paint. NOTE: All our lamps requiring hardwiring (hanging lamps, flush-mount and wall mounted lamps) lamps will work in any country worldwide. Wall plug-in lamps may require a simple adapter, depending on your country. Reference : 259089
