About this vintage design furniture
Beautiful wardrobe designed by Belgian designer Alfred Hendrickx for the company Belform. The design is from the 1960s.
The doors of the cabinet are made of beautiful dark rosewood, which is a very rare type of wood for this series. The sides are made of teak.
The wardrobe consists of two sliding doors with plenty of storage space behind it to hang clothes. On one side there is a shelf with three drawers, on the other side there is space to put shoes. Unfortunately there is only one original runner left, but as it is a common size new curtain runners have been included.
The wardrobe is in very good condition with minimal signs of use. It’s probably manufactured in the 1960s and has got very minor veneer damage on a few corners with a patina on the door handles.
H x W x D = 175 x 210 x 60 cm / 68.9 x 82.7 x 23.6 inch.
