About this vintage design furniture
A beautiful “Concorde” easy chair, a famous design by Pierre Paulin, manufactured by Artifort in the Netherlands around 1970.
It has a white lacquered metal base and beautiful red fabric upholstery. These materials and colours contrast very nicely to each other, giving this chair the eye-catching appearance that earned it a spot in the history of furniture design! It provide comfort, beauty and elegance. Originally designed for the waiting room of the French Concorde aircraft.
This wonderful chair remain in very good, vintage condition with new upholstery and only minor wear to the base consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
