About this vintage design furniture
Vintage G Plan round teak coffee table designed in 1971 by V B Wilkins.
This is the true Astro coffee table sometimes referred to as the spider table. In recent years people have started to call the oval and round Fresco coffee table as Astro.
The table is in excellent original condition with very slight wear to the glass top.
90cm Diameter.
45cm High.

About the designer
Victor B. WILKINS
Charles Victor Wilkins (1893-1969) was an American industrial designer known for his work in the 1920s and 1930s. He was born in Brooklyn, New York, and studied at the Art Students League of New York and the New York School of Fine and Applied Art.
