About this vintage design furniture
The Fabian pair of wall lamps is a subtle retro design that is closely tied to Fagerhult's innovative heritage. Launched in 1969, Fabian was Sweden's - and perhaps the world's - first light made of plastic.
It was a huge success and sold over 4 million copies.
Designed by Håkan Fransson
Fabian's wild success is due to the perfect combination of innovative material and design and it takes only 11 seconds to assemble!
Fabian was cleverly marketed as a versatile fixture that fit not only in the bedroom, but also in the living room and study. "You will need at least five Fabians in your home!" - the ads proclaimed
The set is preserved in original condition with no major damage.
The plug and switch have been replaced with new ones.
