About this vintage design furniture
The 'Alba' lamp was designed by Ettore Sottsass for the electricity company Enel, this is a version made in only 100 signed and numbered pieces. In contrast to the current production lamp, which has a glass base, this version has a ceramic base while the blue sphere is still made of frosted glass.
Under the base the lamp is signed and numbered 75/100 and there is a label with the name of the designer, the year of production and the manufacturing company.
