Albert chubac (1925-2008), composition, collage artwork, circa 1980 france. Signed. 1/8. Paper, gouache, wood. Albert Chubac, born on December 29, 1925 in Geneva and died on May 4, 2008 in Tourrette-Levens, is a Swiss painter and sculptor. He obtained a diploma in decorative art in Geneva in 1945. His work began with figuration before moving towards abstraction. He was one of the figures of the school of nice.
