Pair of vintage Italian brass and Murano glass floor lamps, 1980

Beautiful pair of Italian modernist floor lamps produced in Murano in the 1980s. Each lamp consists of 13 interlocking pieces of hand-blown Murano glass in translucent olive green and clear glass, forming a patchwork pattern. They rest on a circular brass base. They are fitted with new white wild silk shades. A superb pair of floor lamps, chic and decorative, very heavy, and with a very nice quality of workmanship. They have been fully cleaned and restored, and are in excellent vintage condition. Each floor lamp, without shade, measures H 168 cms x Diam 35 cms. Reference : 238940
