Pair of vintage Ph 43 pendant lamps by Poul Henningsen for Louis Poulsen, Denmark 1966

The PH 43 lamp is an absolute classic, designed by the remarkable Danish designer and architect Poul Henningsen. The lamp has been produced by Louis Poulsen since 1966 until today. The shape of the lamp was designed on the basis of the same principle of the reflective system as other three-beam lamps, for example the PH 5 lamp, PH Charlottenborg. It is a system that directs the light not only downwards, but also to the sides, thus illuminating the lamp itself. PH 43, thanks to its structure, gives a diffuse and non-glare light in a warm tone.The lamps are in good condition, with traces of bruises, scratches and small dents.
