About this vintage design furniture

A beautiful pair of lounge chairs designed by Theo Ruth and manufactured by Artifort in the Netherlands circa 1950.The smooth, curved shape of the seats, the attention to detail, and the playful yet elegant style make this a very recognizable design by Theo Ruth. The legs of the chairs are made of high quality beech wood, warm brown in color, slightly tapered. One chair has slightly lighter legs than the other. The seats are covered in a beautiful yellow square patterned fabric that has been left in exceptional condition. The deep, thick seat and ergonomic shapes create a very comfortable seating experience, making this set an interior favorite. Sold individually. Price is per chair. Please check the latest stock information above. Each chair is in very good original condition, with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
