About this vintage design furniture
Vintage Danish Teak Sideboard by Georg Petersen 1960s Early and rare mid-century Danish teak sideboard by Georg Petersen. Made in his own factory GP Farum in the early sixties. Excellent build craftsmanship and beautiful accent in the woven cane on the double sliding doors. Left side contains five adjustable drawers and three adjustable shelves. Right side contains two large adjustable shelves. Rounded tapered legs in solid teak. Elegant and sculptural with plentiful storage space. Makers mark stamped on the back. Very fine original condition. Small scratches from normal use. All surfaces has been gently cleaned and oiled with respect for the original patina. Woven cane is also original and has slight color differences.
