About this vintage design furniture
A design classic, the Series 7 chair designed in 1955 by Danish designer Arne Jacobsen has been a Fritz Hansen bestseller for decades. This model, made of teak, is the culmination of Jacobsen's research into the possibilities of bentwood, which is more stable and comfortable than its predecessor, the ant chair. The ergonomic shape of the chair, with its inwardly curved seat, was designed to be perfectly adapted to the human body. This set of 4 consists of 3 chairs from 1969 and one from 1973. It is in good general condition, with some traces of use relative to its age that do not betray the value of this certain investment.
