About this vintage design furniture
Pair of glass wall lamps sconces designed by Carl Fagerlund for Swedish Orrefors & Danish Lyfa (’Geffion’ model). Textured clear art glass shades with an organic pattern reminiscent of ice by Orrefors (Sweden, 1960s). The shades are fixed with two brass knobs to brass fixtures by Lyfa (Denmark, 1960s). The wall lamps create a beautiful atmosphere (see pictures). Cleaned, re-wired and ready to use (compatible in all countries Europe, US, UK, Asia, etc.). Requires one E14 light bulb each. Corded with onoff switch. New European wiring. Dimensions: height: 28 cm; width: 12 cm; depth: 8 cm. Very good vintage condition, patina on the brass fixture of one of the lamps (not visible at all when assembled and used). The glass is in excellent condition. The listed price is for the pair.

About the designer
Carl FAGERLUND
Carl Fagerlund (1915-2011) was a Swedish designer who worked mainly for the famous lighting design and manufacturing company, Orrefors Glassworks, in Sweden. He is best known for his glass lamp designs, which were very popular in the 1950s and 1960s.
