Vintage Croissant sofa by Raphaël Raffel for Honoré, 1970
About this vintage design furniture
Very rare large sofa designed by Raphaël Raffel for Maison Honoré Paris in the mid 1970s. It was made to special order by Maison Honoré at the Saint-Ouen flea market until the early 1980s. It has been completely reupholstered with a beautiful teddy colored Mohair velvet fabric from Dedar - reference A Soft Place, both very soft and enveloping. As Dedar says, a long pile fabric, which combines virgin wool, more opaque, and viscose, more brilliant. The material is rich and soft. An iconic 70's sofa, in pure seventies style.
