About this vintage design furniture

Swivel office chair from the 70's and 80's from the famous company roneo: solid, high quality and comfortable, it has a metal star base that allows it to swivel and return to its place. Fixed in height, the seat (h47cm50cm46.5cm deep) and the backrest are upholstered and covered with brick red fabric. The French neostyl company was born in 1902. Originally, it was called neostyl (English company) and specialized in the manufacture and marketing of stencil duplicators. In 1907, the French neostyl company became the roneo company with the aim of manufacturing and distributing office furniture, first in wood and then quickly in metal. At its peak in the 1960s, Ronéo built a factory in the oise region of France, putting a definitive end to wooden furniture. These activities allowed the company to develop to become an essential reference in the world of office furniture. For proof, roneotyper and roneoter (to reproduce with roneo) are present in the dictionaries. In 1970, the company is sold to the English group Vickers. The roneo furniture remains one of the leading brands in industrial furniture.
