About this vintage design furniture

A lovely sideboard designed by Alain Richard, manufactured by Meuble TV in France around 1950. This eye-catching piece is made of beautiful quality elm wood on a black lacquered metal base with square black metal grips. It has a minimalist yet modern style and the warm brown colour of the wood gives it a very nice appeal The two sliding doors open and close smoothly to reel plenty of storage space in the shape of shelves and drawers. It is labeled on the inside with the manufacturer’s sticker as well as a sticker from the designer, as shown in photos. In good original condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a wonderful patina.
