About this vintage design furniture
A wonderful lounge chair, model EA124, designed by Charles & Ray Eames and manufactured by Vitra in the USA around 1970. This eye-catching chair is one of the most recognizable pieces of mid-century design The piece has an aluminium frame with black details in a nice, modern style. The seat is upholstered in high quality black hopsack fabric. It combines style with seating comfort as the seat adapts to the body of the sitter and adds a fantastic appeal to the interior. It has the Vitra logo pressed into the frame as well as the original label stll attached, as shown in photos. It remains in good, vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
