A beautiful coffee table from Ilmari Tapiovaara's "Hongisto" series, made by Laukaan Puu in Finland circa 1960.This beautiful piece is made of high quality pine wood and is square in shape. Its straight design, natural wood grain and attention to detail make it a standout piece in Tapiovaara's highly recognizable collection. It has a pleasing rustic style, suitable for many different decors.The original maker's stamp is located under the frame, as shown in the photos.It remains in very good vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
