About this vintage design furniture
A charming Danish rosewood chair in its original leather designed by Arne Vodder for Sibast Mobler, 1960’s. A lovely design with rich colour and patina to the rosewood and the original patinated black leather upholstery which shows beautiful age and use. A rare example of a Danish rosewood chair we wanted to do it justice to restore it to its original condition. The old damaged finish on the rosewood was removed and newly French polished to really bring out the rich colours and tones of the wood, and the original leather was cleaned and nourished so it is an excellent condition for years to come. A fine example of a Danish rosewood chair in an excellent original condition Please also see the mid century rosewood secretaire I am selling which this chair goes so well with.
