About this vintage design furniture
This stunning side table is a design by Maurice Burke for Arkana in Engeland in the early 1960’s. It is an iconic Space Age design, inspired by the Eero Saarinen design for Knoll from the late 1950’s. The table has a white rounded laminated table top on a solid white metal ’tulip’ base that is marked at the bottom. It is in a very good condition, with some signs of age and use, mainly some scratches to the base.
