It has a thin, chrome plated metal base with an X-shaped structure that gives the chairs their highly reconigzable style The seat and back are made of grey metal with many small square perforations that adds nicely to their appeal. The chairs are also easily stackable The original manufacturer’s label is attached to the frame, as shown in photos.
