A large buffet in the manner of Charles Dudouyt. France, 1940s. Solid oak and oak veneer. The furniture has suffered some wear and tear over the years, but is being restored by our in-house conservator. So please ask for pictures of the restored furniture. Charles DUDOUYT
Charles Dudouyt (1885-1947) was a French designer and cabinetmaker active in the 1920s and 1930s. He is best known for his Art Deco furniture, characterized by clean lines, simple geometric shapes, quality materials and meticulous finishing.
