About this vintage design furniture

This stylish rosewood desk was designed by Gianfranco Frattini for Bernini in the end of 1950s. The desk features two drawers and an open shelving unit in the middle and two open compartments for books in the back. The base consists of two thin hourglass shaped legs that are connected via a horizontal beam. This desk is especially interesting through it’s unusual lining and detailing. It is in excellent condition. It has been partially restored and the wood surface has been refinished. It is ready to furnish your home, studio or Gallery Literature: Domus n. 378 -1961 pag. 44 - 45
