A set of dining chairs by Henning Kjaernulf. Denmark, c1960s. Oak frames, with black stain or painting. Good condition, some scuffs and wear commensurate with age. Would look great re-upholstered with a shearling or neutral colour. Sold as is with original upholstery. Price for the eight. Location: Belgium Gallery. About the designer
Henning KJAERNULF
Henning Kjaernulf (1929-2009) was a Danish designer who left his mark on the 1950s-1970s with his functional, elegant furniture. He studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen, where he was trained in carpentry and design.
