About this vintage design furniture

The mid-century Murano amber chandelier, Mazzega by Toni Zuccheri, was made in Italy in the 1970s.Although the lamp is unsigned, we are sure of its heritage: the shape and materials used, from blown Murano glass to chrome, are typical of Mazzega.AV Mazzega was founded in 1946 by Angelo Vittorio Mazzega. Over the years, Mazzega has worked with many internationally renowned designers such as De Lucchi, Piva, Zuccheri. The most famous is Carlo Nason who grew up in one of the oldest families of Murano glass makers. The glass pieces are made of thick blown Murano glass with amazing colors. The lamp requires three E14 bulbs (not included). Good vintage condition. One of the glasses has a small crack, see last photo. The total height of the chandelier is 102 cm.
